(1) We charge a one-time sum (service fee, to be discussed and agreed) for assisting in all work required for
application and approval of the set-up of a flagship store in the name of the client by the relevant
platforms, a process which may take a few weeks to a few months, depending on the situation of each
individual case.
(2) The service fee includes all liasion and translation (English to Chinese for product documentation only,
excluding all text and graphics of advertising nature) work on submission of product samples and relevant
documenttion to platform hosts for approval.
(3) The clients may use their own on-line webpage design free of charge (which to be workable will have to
be in Chinese language). Alternatively clients may engage us for drawing up designs of Chinese webpages for
their approval prior to implementation. This is not included in the agreed service fee; extra design fees
will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement of work.
(4) The flagship store when successsfully set-up belongs to the clients legally and
beneficially.
(1) 24-hour Chinese (Putonghua) speaking staff experienced in China e-commerce markets to handle all customer
enquiries and complaints, or logistics tracing issues
(2) regular review and advice on update or modification of website contents (graphics and text) to catch up
with moving trends of the market
(3) providing general administrative and commercial advice on efficient running of the flagship store as may
be requested by clients.
Services of this nature are engaged on a recurring monthly service fee to be discussed and agreed. There is
flexibility on time commitment of the clients who can decide to start or end the monthly service any time to
suit their trading needs.
(1) assisting in or handling of special trade promotion projects or consumer reward events from time to time
staged by platform hosts or other government departments or foreign chambers of commerce in
China
(2) assisting in brand name, trademark or industrial design registration of foreign products in the China
government registry
(3) assisting in resolving queries in any administrative matters, import and export customs complications,
licensing or certification issues with the hosting platforms, or China government departments which may
arise
(4) assisting in arbitration or civil litigation matters in China arising from opertion of the flagship
store
